While headache might be the simplest complication of high blood pressure, there are more dangerous and serious complications that you may encounter if you suffer from high blood pressure for a long time. Headache is the simplest complication but the increment of the frequency of headache and its severity is a very prominent indication that you are getting on the slope for more serious complications.
Heart attacks are common among those who are suffering from high blood pressure since a long time. It occurs due to the weakness of the coronary arteries that nourishes the heart and gives it the needed supplies of nutrients and oxygen.
